We’ve seasoned our team with over 30 years of restaurant industry grit and a massive helping of hospitality heart. At Corks and Forks, we’re obsessed with the tiny details, big flavors, and the skill it takes to pull it all off perfectly.
Our leader, Chef and Sommelier Cindy, is a military spouse who’s spent decades collecting passport stamps and palate-expanding recipes and techniques. From unique bites abroad to stateside comfort food, she’s brought the best of her travels home to you.
Cindy does not come alone, either. She’s flanked by a crew of wine and food nerds who hold serious credentials from the Court of Master Sommeliers and WSET. But don’t let the fancy certifications fool you—we’ve traded the white-glove stuffiness for playful banter with a side of laughter. Seriousness is only on the menu if requested.
