Our internationally winning pulled Pork, Pork Belly, Ribs, Wings, Baked Beans, Mac n cheese, House made sauces, unique sides. If it can be smoked, it gets smoked.
Nacho Bar
With all of the toppings you can imagine! Your choice of meat and style of Nacho. And homemade queso because we care so.
Italian "bars"
Pasta bar, Bruschetta bar or family style meals. All with house made sauces and toppings. Chef Cindy likes to cook unique Italian Sauces that you won't find anywhere else.
Brunch Boards
Locally sourced bagels, Chef's specially flavored cream cheeses, baked goods and European style breakfast cheeses and meats and dishes.
Charuterie and Crudite
We take the boredom out of boards. Serving 10-40 people. Need more, let's talk a Grazing table with unique small bites and appetizers.
Grazing Tables
This is where you let us play. We will create a graze that fits your vibe. Even better if you let us pair wine with it!
